- In-depth analysis of the current reporting landscape, which was based on SAP systems, with a particular focus on efficiency, user-friendliness and information content of the existing reports
- Coordination of the layouts of the new reports with the customer to ensure that the end products meet the customer’s requirements and expectations
- Implementation of the agreed layouts with Oracle BI Publishers this included the design and technical implementation of the new report layouts
- Carrying out comprehensive tests after the creation of the new reports to ensure functionality and reliability when retrieving the reports
- Documentation of the reports created, including technical details, design elements and instructions for using the reports
- Continuous monitoring of the logs of the various system interfaces for the early detection and elimination of problems
- Errors that occur are immediately forwarded to the relevant departments to ensure that they are rectified quickly
- Regular patch installations to keep the systems up to date and minimize security risks
- Importing troubleshooting scripts to fix specific problems, which contributes to the stability and performance of the entire reporting infrastructure
