We are looking for motivated and customer-friendly support for our User Help Desk. Ideally, you have professional experience in technical customer support, whether in a call centre or similar environment. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products as well as a basic understanding of Windows Server environments is a prerequisite. Practical experience in dealing with network drives, printers and video conferencing systems such as MS Teams, Zoom or Cisco WebEx is an advantage. Familiarity with a ticket system would be an additional plus for us.

What you bring with you
- Ideally initial experience in the user help desk or in technical consulting in the call centre
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Initial experience in the area of Windows Server
- Knowledge of network drives and printers
- Ideally initial experience with a ticket system
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)
