Support 2nd Level (m/f/d)

We are looking for a technically skilled specialist to support our Windows or Linux environments. You should have up-to-date expertise in Windows and/or Linux operating systems and experience in network infrastructures. Your skills in troubleshooting in the IT environment and your knowledge of collaboration and meeting solutions such as Office365, MS Teams, Skype4Business, Goto Meeting, Cisco WebEx and Zoom are of great importance. Initial experience with ticket systems such as OTRS or BMC Remedy is desirable. Very good German language skills (at least C1) are required for this position.

These tasks await you with us

  • Ensuring the operation of IT environments in the Windows or Linux area
  • Installation and configuration of operating systems and user software
  • Replacement and provision of hardware
  • Processing of fault tickets & user support

What you bring with you

  • Experience in the support of Windows or Linux environments
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of network infrastructures
  • Experience in troubleshooting in the IT environment
  • Knowledge of collaboration and meeting solutions such as
    • Office365
    • MS Teams
    • Goto Meeting
    • Cisco WebEx
    • Zoom
  • Desirable: initial experience with ticket systems such as OTRS or BMC Remedy
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)
