We are looking for a commercial employee (m/f/d) for our Magdeburg branch. You will be the first point of contact for our employees and business partners, always have an open ear for questions and problems and act as an interface between employees, business partners and management.
Your new area of responsibility
- General office organization
- Organization of business trips: You will keep track of our employees’ upcoming business trips and take on the comprehensive coordination. In particular, this includes booking accommodation, train tickets, rental cars, etc., obtaining cost approvals and exchanging information with traveling employees.
- Looking after company vehicles: You are the point of contact when it comes to the availability of the company’s own vehicles, coordinating workshop appointments and, if necessary, handling insurance claims.
- Processing incoming invoices and employee travel expense reports: You will check the content and calculations and record them.
- Payment management: You obtain the final approvals for upcoming outgoing payments and coordinate timely payment.
- Creation and maintenance of various information overviews

- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualifications
- Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Very good communication skills and a strong team spirit
