These tasks await you with us
- Analysis and optimisation: conducting process analyses to identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and optimisation potential in business processes
- Consultancy: advising customers on the development and implementation of process improvements, taking into account their specific needs and requirements
- Project management: Management and coordination of process optimisation projects, including time and resource planning and monitoring of project progress
- Implementation: Supporting the implementation of new or optimised processes, including training the employees involved and monitoring implementation
- Quality assurance: Ensuring process quality through continuous monitoring and the introduction of controls and standards
- Documentation: Creation and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions and guidelines
- Develop and manage project policies, procedures, templates and other common documents
- Defining the project, programme or portfolio management processes and procedures
- Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures and templates through project audits
- Selecting and providing standardised project management tools
- Support in identifying and analysing risks and planning countermeasures
What you bring with you
- Knowledge of common project management methods
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Very good knowledge of German (written and spoken)
