Project Management Office with focus on tender management and Bid Desk Management (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person who is able to inspire our customers with convincing presentations and ideas from 1 January 2025. Your presence and demeanour are crucial to successfully presenting our services.

These tasks await you with us

  • Advising customers on the preparation of detailed and convincing offers
  • Working closely with the sales, technical and finance teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes
  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the competitiveness of our offers and successful customer acquisition
  • Presenting bids and providing personalised support during contract negotiations
  • Identifying appropriate project management standards and adapting them to specific project requirements
  • Developing and managing project policies, procedures and templates to ensure efficient project processes
  • Defining and implementing processes and procedures for project, programme and portfolio management
  • Monitoring compliance with project management standards through regular project audits
  • Selecting and providing standardised project management tools to support the project teams
  • Supporting the identification and analysis of project risks as well as the planning and implementation of countermeasures

What you bring with you

  • Knowledge of common project management methods (PMI/PPM, Prince2, GPM)
  • Experience in the area of tenders and tender processes (RfP)
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Certification desirable
